1. Take your own snacks!!! I always pack endless snacks for long haul flights as I hate airplane food and don’t want to end up eating rubbish out of desperation and starvation…so I pack things like rice cakes, raisins, apricots, green and blacks chocolate, almonds so I have a little ‘supply’…
2. Wrap up!! I always take something cosy even if flying somewhere boiling as I hate the air conditioning and like something round my neck – a cashmere wrap from are ideal as huge, cosy and warm!!
3. Moisturiser. I never travel in makeup –not glam I know, but I think I leave my skin so that as soon as am on board I add a thick moisturiser – something like Eve Loms TLC cream is ideal – so that you don’t dehydrate and also body shop Vitamin E Skin spray to keep topping up the moisture mid flight!!
4. Bachs rescue remedy. Love it. Like travelling with it!! Comforting, and as I hate turbulence it makes me feel better!!
